St. George/Washington
County is situated in the southwest corner of Utah, just
six miles from the Arizona State line on Interstate
I-15. St. George, the county
seat, is the largest city in southern Utah.
The area's population is now about
140,000 and growth is projected to continue.

population growth or demand for commercial

residential building in all of southern Utah.
