St. George/Washington County is situated in the southwest corner of Utah, just
six miles from the Arizona State line on Interstate I-15.  St. George, the county
seat, is the largest city in southern Utah.  The area's population is now over
140,000 and growth is projected to continue.  With this said no one expects
to see any significant slowdown of population growth or demand for commercial
or residential building in all of southern Utah.  "Washington County"

The city is nestled in a picturesque valley surrounded by impressive red,
sandstone cliffs.  Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon are only a few hours away.  
Brian Head provides great skiing in the wintertime and a mountain retreat in the 
summertime along with Pine Valley Mountain which is 10,000 feet high. This is
the gateway to amazing recreational areas.

Washington County is endowed with mild, low humidity winters with over
300 sunny days per year.  The desert climate promotes year round recreation
and leisure activities. St George is know as the  "Year 'Round Golf Capital of
Utah" and offers ten great, scenic golf courses at present with at least
three more in the planning or/and developing stages.
