Bellagio

Bloomington Map
Bloomington is a residential community of St George and is located just south off I-15,
Exit 4.  Much of the residences are built around Bloomington Golf Course, a private golf club. 
Major shopping is located at the Bloomington Exit with a Wal-Mart Super Store, and many
other businesses and shops are located nearby.

Bloomington Hills  Map
Bloomington Hills is located south of St George and east of Bloomington.   Here you'll find much
of the  the community built around the St George Golf Course.  You can easily drive to
St George's main shopping areas via River Road.

Castle Rock
Castle Rock is a brand new community build under the Red Rock formations that look like a castle
just north of Snow Canyon Parkway.  The homes are terraced on the hills above the Parkway and
have wonderful views of the city below, the  red mountains around the area and Utah Mountain to
the southwest.

Collina Tinta - new development by Sand Hollow Reservoir
 Collina Tinta, Elim Valley and Sand Hollow are all new communities and are located off of SR9

Dammeron Valley Map
Dammeron Valley is a planned residential community located on State Highway18 in a picturesque

to the north, Pine Valley Mountains to the east, Beaver Dam Mountains to the south, and the

Dixie Downs  Map
Dixie Downs is an area of St George City which is located on Dixie Drive north of Sunset Blvd
in the Green Valley area.   This is an older section of St George City, and has affordable housing.

Elim Valley Map
